The only stop we made was in Baker. Holy shit I can't believe the only AM/PM gas station in the area price gouges the shit for gas!
DAAYUUMN!!!It's probably been close to 6 years since I been in Vegas. I couldn't believe how much it has changed! There was construction everywhere. Traffic was a total bitch! Angie Martin, Troy Martins younger sis, works at the Stratosphere hotel/casino. She was nice to hook Donny and I with a sweet room. It had two queen size beds and a jacuzzi in the bathroom. It was fucking nice!
We finally get to the room and we're pretty exhausted from the drive. The first part of the YHS reunion started at 7PM and it was already 630 by the time we got to our room. We both freshened up and made our way down to the Hard Rock Casino. When we got there there was no one to be found. I asked the one of the employees if they knew anything about a YHS reunion. They were helpful but they couldn't find any info. He then suggested we try the Hard Rock Cafe which was right across the street. Donny and I made are way over there and looked around. We asked the hostess if she knew anything about the reunion. She did mention we weren't the first to ask this question. She then pointed out there was a couple that was seated kind of waiting for others to show up. Donny and I looked over and didn't recognize them. "Man, fuck this." This whole thing was a cluster fuck to begin with. I told Donny lets get the hell out of here and we'll do our own thing.
By now I had a really bad headache. Donny was eager to go out and go clubbing. I definitely wasn't feeling it! We walked across the street to a drugstore. Inside I found the strongest thing I could buy and took them as soon I got outside. I finally told Donny I was feeling like ass and wanted to go back to my room to lie down. I then made the stupid decision to walk instead of taking a cab back to our room. Bad fucking mistake. It was close to a 6 mile walk and I was in my dress shoes. I was fucking dying when I got back to room. What a moron! Donny decided to take off on his own and see if there was any clubs to hit up.
The next day we hooked up w/ Troy Martin, Angie Martin and Ivonne Buenano. We met up in front of Club RA at the Luxor casino. It was fun, unfortunately Club RA was closed but there was a bar we stayed at for awhile. We drank, took shots and had a general good time.

We finally made our way back to California. Michelle Johnson was in San Diego for a convention and asked my bro and I to meet up with her. Donna Payne and AnaLissa Malone was already down there.
We met at their reaaally nice hotel and started to drink (beginning to see a trend here? hahaha!) Michelle's company had the entire pool rented out and there was free booze and food for everyone. Michelle scored my bro and I free bracelets so we could get in and score on the free drinks and grub. I was already buzzing because we brought Patron to the hotel room. Gotta love that stuff!
The highlight of the evening was going to the Gas Light District. The area was awesome! People were everywhere and the mood was festive! We made our way to a Latin club and all hell broke loose! I love to salsa dance and thats what we did for the majority of the night. I never had so much fun in a long time! I swear I must have lost 25lbs from all the dancing I did.
All in all, it was a blast. We made our way back to Victorville and parted ways with our friends. I'm already looking forward to going back!
